This Toldeo, OR homeowner needed better insulation in the attic to get the house up to code to help sell the house. Our Energy Consultant found old, inefficient fiberglass in the attic (see BEFORE photo). In some areas, it wasn’t even rolled out!
Our insulation crew blew in TruSoft cellulose to the R-49 level to meet code for attic insulation. (see AFTER photo) The house was then put on the market.
