Your crawl space’s relative humidity should be 60% at the MOST. The hygrometer reading taken by our salesperson in this crawl space was at 79.8% percent, and at that humidity, mold already started to grow!
Besides neutralizing the mold and encapsulating this crawl space, our insulation team installed a Sedona dehumidifier to help dry the air and keep it under that magic 60% relative humidity number. It also filters the air down to two microns.
