This family in Milwaukie, OR wanted their family room to be more comfortable. Our Energy Consultant visited and determined what was making that room uncomfortable: air was leaking through from the home into the attic through many gaps. The places with a lot of gaps were around the can lights. Our crew installed can light covers and sealed around them (see AFTER photo) to help prevent leaks.
The family told us their heating bill dropped dramatically and the family room is much more comfortable now.
