This Portland couple wanted their floors to be warmer to walk on. They bought the home in 2018 and were searching for a solution to this issue.
Once the old fiberglass insulation was removed, our trained spray foam crew applied closed-cell spray foam to the underfloor. It seals the gaps where air was leaking in to their home, and it won’t eventually sag, like the fiberglass had done.
