Location: Fall Creek, OR
Challenge:
The owners of this Fall Creek, OR rental needed to address the continuing “rodent party” under their rental. They found us online and called for a free estimate.
Solution:
Our estimator crawled under the home to see the situation. The rodents were using fiberglass for nesting (they love it!), and you can see in photo 1 how it was ripped down. Photo 2 shows little bits of fiberglass on the crawl space floor, too.
To help deter pests, the owners chose closed-cell spray foam to be sprayed on the underfloor (see AFTER photo). This will not give rodents their nesting material, plus it’s a great long-lasting insulator and fills in gaps so the floors inside the house will be warmer.
