Challenge:
Springfield homeowner called our company saying he wanted his attic looked at and believed he had a mold problem. We sent out one of our energy consultants, Sean Copas to inspect the attic and after a detailed inspection on the attic Sean did agree that there was mold in the attic! The couple agreed to have Josh Lowe’s Dr. Energy Saver work on their home. Due to a change in the production schedule the couple was able to get the work done in their home in less than a week!
Solution:
The old insulation was taken out of the attic, then MoldX was applied to the molded areas, and to top it off the couple in Springfield decided to make their home more energy efficient by air sealing the attic with Zypfoam and insulated the attic floor with Trusoft Cellulose.
