Before coming to work here, Brandi was a retail store manager. She chose to work for us to learn a trade and better her history in improving people's lives.
When not at work, Brandi likes to play softball, hike, and taking her son and daughter camping.
The couple in this SW Portland, OR home has lived there a few years and experiencing cold floors in the winter. They chose our company to encapsulate the crawl space with the drainage matting and our heaviest 20-mil liner on top. Foundation walls were sealed with spray foam. They also chose to install the SmartSump sump pump system and the SaniDry dehumidifier under the house.
This encapsulation system has made their floors warmer in the winter!
The owners of this west Eugene, OR home built in 1951 were working on a remodel and hired our company to insulate the attic. The BEFORE photo shows how there was hardly any insulation. After our crew removed the old stuff, they air sealed the leaky areas and then blew in cellulose to the R-49 code level (AFTER photo).
When an attic is missing insulation, it is no wonder the rooms below it are cold! Before blowing in cellulose to the higher R-60 value, our insulation team sealed the air leaks in the structure and around the light fixtures.
The owners of this condominium needed the crawl space insulated as the previous owner had removed it (see BEFORE photo). Besides getting the underfloor re-insulated, our crew installed a new 6-mil vapor barrier.
