This homeowner knew there were issues under their home. Our inspector found water issues, and insulation on the ground (see BEFORE photo).
Our crew installed a SmartSump and SmartPipe to move the water to the outside. We also sprayed closed-cell spray foam on the underfloor; this is a much better and more permanent insulation solution (see AFTER photo) rather than fiberglass. Animals love to nest in fiberglass, and it can fall down like it did in her crawl space!
