Upper Story Bedrooms in Home Now Warmer with Spray Foam Insulation
Location: Eugene, OR
This BEFORE photo shows the attic deck floor and ductwork. What you can’t see is how inefficient the fiberglass batting is, how the ducts were leaking, and how there were air gaps along the edges that were causing air to be sucked up from the home and into the attic!
Building standards back when this home was built in 1926 didn’t include sealing up all the leaks. To solve many issues, the homeowner chose closed-cell spray foam insulation (see AFTER photo).
