Full Job Description:
Josh Lowe’s Dr. Energy Saver is growing and seeks a superstar sales manager to join, lead, and build our growing sales team to great heights.
Your Benefits:

Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to follow a written sales process.
- Confident, grounded, and present.
- Powerful presentation and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and able to pass background check & drug screen.
Your Job Details:
- Go through our training program to learn to sell insulation and windows to support our theme of “We Fix Uncomfortable Homes!”
- Spend the first three to six months selling along with the sales team to build up your skills. All leads supplied; appointments booked for you–clients contact us, so these are qualified, high-quality leads.
- Lead and manage the sales department, including hiring and sales call ride-alongs.
- Lead group and individual meetings on a weekly basis.
- Formulates and implements sales goals and strategies.
- Oversee paperwork to ensure clear communication among all departments and customers.
- Work to resolve all issues with customers to ensure everyone has a remarkable experience.
- Be an ambassador of our company’s culture and purpose.
