I am very pleased with the work that Brandon, Austin, and Ricardo performed on our job. The end results have been as promised by the initial inspection report. This particular job had a few hiccups, but I was pleased at how the Dr.’s team worked with us to mitigate. kWh usage went from over 100 to 65/day instantly. (In February)

Monte Riddle is easily one of the finest salespeople I have ever worked with. He spent at least two hours analyzing our crawlspace problems and estimating the cost of correcting them. He then gave a very clear explanation of his proposal and answered our myriad questions with equal clarity. Dr. Energy Saver did a fine job completing the project on time, including making a timely trip back to fix a minor item. During the work on the project, Monte was my go-to person for any questions. He was always responsive.

We had a "rodent" problem under our house. Josh's team tackled it quickly and with expertise. They removed all the under house insulation and old duct work. Spray foamed the underfloor and installed all new duct work and spray foamed that as well. They installed new foundation vents where needed. We left town for 5 days while the work was being done, trusting the team with our most valuable asset. We returned to a finished job and a clean workspace. Tyler, Hooper, and Silas did great work. Tyler was the point person, and his communication with me was clear, and I could tell he took pride in his work. Highly recommend Dr. Energy Saver and Josh's team!

If you are concerned about having someone thoroughly review your home—look carefully and critically at the exterior and assess the crawl and attic spaces—don't be. Monte takes pictures, reviews the findings with you in detail, and suggests ways to improve energy efficiency. He left us with multiple project options that we will be considering as part of the process we are taking on to reduce our carbon footprint and utility costs and make our home more comfortable during the heat of summer and chill of winter.

My wife and I recently bought our "forever" home and knew the attic's insulation needed to be addressed. We found Dr. Energy Saver and Monte Riddle (certified energy consultant) with Dr. Energy came out and did a thorough survey of what our current situation was. He couldn't have been more professional and affable. He explained his findings with accompanying pictures and explanations and offered us recommended solutions. On top of that, he was very down to earth, easy to talk to, and the experience was nonthreatening. I know at times I've felt it intimidating when meeting with representatives from companies whether it be for roofing, plumbing, electrical, etc., but it wasn't that way. Bottom line is if you are needing new or updated insulation like I did, I highly recommend Dr. Energy Saver. I didn't interact with other associates, but I was highly impressed with Monte Riddle and would have him come out to evaluate your needs, honestly recommend remediations and not make you feel pressured. POST UPDATE… After the insulation install, I must say that the professionalism and work done by Owen, Cylas, and Aiden were top-notch. All that was promised in the scope of work was done quickly and efficiently. What was sold was delivered. Highly recommended!

From the first encounter to the last, it was a great experience working with Josh Lowe's Dr. Energy Saver. Monte Riddle came to my home to give me an estimate for services with Dr. Energy Saver. He did so much more than that. He was very thorough and knowledgeable in giving me his assessment of my crawl space issues. He presented detailed steps that would be taken to resolve the issues and what to expect during that time. He was personable, and I appreciated the time he took to make his presentation making sure that I understood the information he was giving me. But wait. . .there's more . . . Brandon and his crew, Ricardo, Cylas, and Keidren, did a wonderful job of rehabbing the crawl space of my home despite challenges that were presented. Brandon kept me informed of what was to happen each day, answered any questions I had and they all cleaned the area before they left for the day. Tyler and his gang know their Sh@!.. let them work and you'll be happy. Get your inspection done at times of massive differences between indoor and outdoor for the best quote! We made the mistake of having them use thermal when inside and attic temps were nearly identical, but Bill personally came out to our house to remedy and find solutions. I can't say enough about that because it's rare to find a company committed to their reputation as much as this one, and finally we figured out the missing piece.. upstairs is a constant temp, no fluctuations, the whole house is easier to maintain heat and cooling. Even after 2 days we've noticed the difference! I did my research for insulation companies, they always showed up as a top provider.. they went above and beyond to make the few little things missed right!... thank you Bill and Tyler and crew!

Monte, What's Right On Time, spent almost a full hour in the attic and crawlspace, taking detailed photos for me. We sat down and talked quite a bit about what was going on. He was very personable, and I was surprised when he told me that my home completely passed the inspection and I did not need anything done. That was impressive, to be honest with you. I absolutely loved working with this company. Everyone from Monte, who came out to inspect our house (he spent almost 2 hours, so incredibly thorough), to Austin, Owen, and Phineas, who absolutely went above and beyond doing the insulation. We just purchased our house and its insulation hadn’t been updated since it was built in 1980. Worst of all, we had some absolutely vile batting insulation that rats had made a hole out of. These guys not only cleaned and took all the old stuff out but deodorized our whole attic. The musty smell that was here is completely gone! I can breathe deeply and I’m thrilled with their service. I can’t say enough.
