The fiberglass insulation in the crawl space in this rental property had been damaged by rodents, leaving not much insulation in the crawl space. Rodents love to live in, and makes nests with, fiberglass.
He found us listed on Angie’s List and chose us to re-insulate the underfloor with closed-cell spray foam. It has a triple purpose: it seals nooks and crannies (called air-sealing), it is a great insulation material, and it is very rodent-resistant (they can’t nest in it)!
