To help make their home warmer in the winter, the homeowners stopped at our booth at the Oregon State Fair to talk about how we could assist them.
When our energy consultant investigated their attic, he found old fiberglass and lots of places where air was leaking out into the attic. (See BEFORE photo)
Our insulation crew removed the old insulation, air sealed the attic floor, installed can light cover, and insulated the scuttle cover. The crew then re-insulated with TruSoft blown-in cellulose to the higher R-60 level, which is about 17 inches when cellulose is used (see AFTER photo).
