This Albany, OR homeowner called us to look at her attic. Our energy consultant also investigated her crawl space and found standing water! (see BEFORE photo) As water may cause mold, wood rot, and poor air quality in her house, she chose to address this first.
A SmartSump™ pump was installed with its discharge line to carry the water safely outside. (see AFTER photo) Our office coordinated the electrical work, so the homeowner didn’t have to. Our crew also removed the old, yucky ground cover and installed a new 6-mil black plastic ground cover.
