This homeowner has a beautiful home with a Cape-Cod style second floor, where the upstairs walls are partially sloped. This space was used for bedrooms but was uncomfortably cold in the winter and hot in the summer.

According to the homeowner, “On hot summer days, the kids couldn’t even be upstairs. They would have to sleep downstairs in the living room to be comfortable." This homeowner also experienced very high heating bills in the winter.

When the homeowner met with Dan, she stated, “We’re so tired of being uncomfortable in this home and still paying high utility bills. Please help us figure out what to do.”

Dan did a thorough inspection and was able to identify the main issue affecting this family's comfort. Josh Lowe’s team properly insulated the Cape-Cod attic, and now the homeowner is extremely happy.

The homeowner said, “This was a hot summer and the kids had no problem staying comfortable upstairs after the work was done that Josh Lowe's Dr. Energy Saver did for us. We can’t wait to see how much we’ll save on our heating bills this winter.”
